ROBERT C. ROBERTS
CEO
Founded the company in 1990. After receiving BSEE and MSEE degrees from the University of Kentucky, Robert completed additional postgraduate work in engineering and business management there and at Virginia Tech. He did design and development engineering work at GE, Bailey Meter Company, and SAIC. While at Babcock & Wilcox Research Center, Robert did research in controls, monitoring and safety systems. He holds eight patents. Robert is active in church, Rotary International, and civic organizations, and is a board member of United Way of Central Virginia.

GEORGEANN SNEAD
President
Has been with EDM since 1995. Georgeann has over 20 years of management experience and a strong background in manufacturing. At EDM, she has responsibility for contract manufacturing operations and customer service. Georgeann holds a B.S. from Davidson College.

DAVE McADEN
Vice President of Sales and Engineering
Joined EDM in 1997 with over 15 years experience in electronics design and manufacturing, particularly in the areas of telecommunications, industrial controls, and operator interface systems. Dave holds a BSEE degree from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from James Madison University. At EDM, Dave splits his time between new sales development, manufacturing support, and product design

PAM COWART
Manager of Administration
Has been with EDM in an administrative role since its founding in 1990. Pam is a graduate of Upper Iowa University with a B.S. in Business Administration. She has over 30 years experience in office management, human resources and accounting. Pam handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and human resources for EDM.

MARK PILON
Manufacturing Manager
Mark joined EDM in 2008 and has over 20 years experience in electronics and production management. He oversees all manufacturing operations.
